My journey to here
In my early 20s when I embarked on a transformative year-long trip to the Far East. This experience allowed me to immerse myself in diverse cultures, deepening my understanding of empathy, interconnectedness, and the complexity of the world. This new found perspective has stayed with me throughout my personal journey.
in my middle 20s, I discovered Kabbalah, a form of mysticism that sparked my profound interest in spirituality and personal growth. While raising my family and balancing my personal life, my commitment to holistic health and healing intensified when my second son fell ill. This prompted me to explore alternative approaches to healthcare, leading me to macrobiotics - a holistic health practice focused on natural, whole foods and conscious eating. This experience deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection.
As I approached my 40s, I began to reflect on my life's purpose and direction. This introspection led me to psychosynthesis, a psychotherapy approach that unites spiritual and psychological principles to facilitate self-realization and wholeness. Inspired by this approach, I pursued studies in Soul-Centered Spiritual Psychosynthesis Counseling, Therapeutic Expressive Art Therapy, and Master Life Coaching.
As a professional, I employ various methods to support individuals in their personal and spiritual development. My expertise in spiritual counseling, psychosynthesis psychotherapy, intuitive healing, life coaching, acceptance practice, and macrobiotic lifestyle allows me to provide a unique perspective that integrates the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of each person's life. I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve balance and fulfillment, whether it's through exploring the spiritual dimensions of life or making practical lifestyle changes.
I am passionate about collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ages, and cultures seeking support for a variety of concerns. While I address multiple aspects of well-being, I have a specific interest in inner child work, which involves helping people develop self-worth, heal past challenges, overcome difficult experiences, and navigate complex relationships. In my therapeutic work, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, process their experiences, and work towards a more fulfilling life.
My counseling approach
In my work, I use both my psychological and spiritual understanding as well as my extensive experience to perceive the individual in an intuitive way rather than make definitive interpretations.
I see my work as a counselor to provide an empathic listening space whereby clients can safely explore their inner landscape and their life’s concerns alongside my support and guidance. This often thus leads to an opening of new horizons for my clients, a “new vision” for their life ahead.
Such space also offers an opportunity to explore:
The past - family history and psychological/cultural inheritance that influenced your childhood that is very possibly affecting your current life.
The present - relationships, work, depression, anxiety, creative blocks, addictions, burn-out, sexuality, spirituality, etc.
The future - hopes and fears as well as goals and ambitions - all in the realm of the personal, transpersonal and the collective.
To assist the above explorations, I will at times introduce you to powerful yet gentle psycho- energetic exercises and techniques whose roots are found in both western psychologies and eastern philosophies. They do help my clients have a deeper aerial view of the current conflict they are experiencing. These exercises can come in the form of visualizations, gestalt role-play, art-therapy, reflective written work, mindfulness meditations, relaxation breathing exercises and even body movement. They all help harnessing one’s potential for healing and self-transformation as well as helping access one’s essential inner wisdom.
